RETURNS AND REFUNDS
Purchases are eligible for return within 10 days of receiving the package. We must be notified of the return within those 10 days for a refund. Any items returned after 10 days are only eligible for store credit when applicable.
To return a purchase, your items must meet the following:
Be returned with original tags and packaging.
Be returned within of your delivery date. All returns are subject to inspection and approval by NEWFANGLED. Selected limited-run collections will not be refundable.
Be in its original, unused, unaltered and unwashed condition.
Jewelry must be returned in the same condition it arrived in, including all branded packaging and documents provided with it.
Intimate apparel and swimwear (including but not limited to lingerie, boxers, briefs, swimsuits and bikini bottoms) must be returned with the original hygienic protective strip still intact.
Footwear and accessories must be returned with the dust bag and original shoe box as these are considered part of the product. Kindly, place the shoe box inside a shipping box in order to prevent damage during shipping.
Return payments will be processed back to whichever form of payment was used for the purchase.
Once the return has been processed please allow us, up to 10 business days for your refund to post.
Please note, NEWFANGLED reserves the right to reject returns which do not comply with our return policy. Returns that do not respect our policy may be sent back to the original shipping address at our discretion.
Some of our product lines are produced in limited quantities, and sometimes we can not guarantee availability of the website or that any products of the website will be available for purchase. If items you ordered are not available, we will inform you as soon as we can.
Colors on Our Website
We do our best to make sure all of ours images are true to actual product, but we cannot guarantee a perfect match. Please note that the actual colors you will see
may vary and depend on your monitor and/or other operating system.
Due to limited collections and small quantities we can not hold stock for exchanges.
Customized and Vintage Items
Pre-worn items sold at NF, have experienced detailed inspection prior to sale to guarantee their quality and authenticity. As such, these timeless and collectors’ pieces should be treated with great care as with new items and returned in the same condition in which they were received.
Customized/Limited Collection Items
Due to the nature of customized orders, and the fact that they have been specially created for you, we will not be able to accept returns unless the customized pieces were damaged or faulty when delivered to you.
If any of your purchases arrive in faulty condition, or without designer tags attached, please contact email@example.com for assistance with your return.
Lost or Damaged Items
Newfangled will not be liable for item damages caused by shipping. Any damage caused from shipping should be taken up by you with the shipping company. If an item is lost in transit, a claim must be made by you with the shipping service.
