GLUTEN FREE MUSHROOM PIZZA

QUICK RECIPE FOR YOUR SUNDAY DINNER

INGREDIENTS:

1 cup water

1 teaspoons active dry yeast

3 1/2 cups of GLUTEN FREE FLOUR unbleached all-purpose flour

1 teaspoon of salt

1 spoon of oil


In a large bowl whisk yeast into 1 cup water and let sit 5 minutes.

Add 3 cups flour and salt and a hint of oil and mix until just combined.

Knead by hand for about 5 - 10 minutes, until dough is smooth and elastic. Shape dough into ball and place in a bowl, cover with cloth and let rise up to 10 minutes.


Take the dough out beat until smooth and roll into a round.


Preheat oven to 450 degrees F (230 degrees C).

Cover crust with tomato sauce, and add desired toppings:

onions, garlic, mushrooms.

Fat free feta cheese, and american cheese (or mozzarella if you prefer) and


Bake i n preheated oven for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.

Transfer crust to a lightly greased pizza pan or aluminum foil.

Add truffle oil at the end and serve.
