It's Easter weekend. Quarantine Easter. Very different than any Easter before. In case you don't have any egg color available in your house, don't panic. We are sharing an old school recipe and it's all organic.

INGREDIENTS: Onion peel
PREP: 20 min
COOKING TIME: 15-20 MIN
Peel the onions and soak the peel in the water overnight.
Take an old pair of women’s tights and cut them in small pieces - enough to fit an egg.
Collect flower leaves, grass or whatever you have available. We used spinach and celery leaves.
Position leaves in the middle of the egg, envelop them in tights. Tie both sides of the egg with a thread and put the egg into the pan with an onion peel. Cover with cold water and cook hard boiled eggs for 15 - 20 minutes.
Extract the eggs and let them cool off. Use olive oil and a cotton pad to en-gloss them.
