1 handful of blackberries / or any berry mix you have available in your fridge
1/3 cup unsweetened kefir (you can use Greek yogurt as well)
2 eggs / or 1 cup of egg-whites if you prefer
1 cup of gluten free flour; we loved oat Bob's Red Mill gluten free flour and products
1 small spoon of honey
1 teaspoon of baking soda
sprinkle crushed pistachios on top and sugar free chocolate syrup.
MiX everything up by hand or use blander for smoother texture. You can play around and make 2 separate mixes - one with berries and one with banana only.
