ELIGIBILITY TO PURCHASE
The purchase of merchandise through NEWFANGLED.US is strictly limited to parties who can lawfully enter into and form contracts on the Website in accordance with the laws of the United States of America. In order to make purchases through the Website, you will be requested to register and provide your personal details. Customers must provide their: real name, phone number, e-mail address and other requested information as indicated. When ordering items, you will be required to provide payment details and you represent and warrant that the payment details you provide on ordering are both valid and correct and you confirm that you are the person referred to in the Billing information provided.
The Website is available only to individuals and others who meet the terms of eligibility, who have been issued a valid credit card by a bank acceptable to NF, whose applications are acceptable to NF and who have authorized NF to process a charge or charges on their credit card in the amount of the total purchase price for the merchandise which they purchase. Purchases made on the site are for the personal or gift use of the buyer only, are not to be used for re-sale, commercial purposes or any other commercial benefit. NEWFANGLED reserves the right to restrict multiple quantities of an item being shipped to any one customer or postal address.
We currently accept payment by credit or debit card.
We accept: Paypal, American Express, Visa, Mastercard, and Discover.
Sales taxes will be charged at the applicable federal and provincial rates of the province to which the order is being shipped. You will not be subject to any duties upon delivery. All orders being shipped within the state of New York are subject to sales tax.
Orders being shipped internationally may be subject to import duties and/or taxes. NEWFANGLED.US is not responsible for any charges incurred from customs or duties. Any additional charges for customs clearance are outside of NF’s control. Please contact your local customs office for further information.
We do make mistakes sometimes…and despite our best efforts some of the merchandise we sell may be incorrectly priced on our website. Please don’t mind us. :(( If the products price is higher than stated on the date of your purchase, we will contact you and give you the option to cancel the order or confirm your order at the correct price. If the correct price at your order date is lower than the one priced on our website, we will gladly refund you the difference.
If a purchased item goes on sale NF, offers a one-time price adjustment on your order, under the following conditions:
Price adjustment requests must be made within 7 days of your order being placed.
The same style and size must be in stock at the time of your price adjustment request.
The price difference will be refunded to your original method of payment.
Price Match Policy
We do care about your experience, but we are still very limited with quantities, and not able to match prices with our competitors and big online stores. Sorry!
